Our Story

Goodhands Water Specialists, Inc. (GWSI) was established in 2004 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BP Waterworks, Inc. (BPWI), with the primary objective of of providing access to clean water beyond BPWI’s existing service areas.

Initially established to cater to low-cost and socialized housing projects, GWSI’s portfolio now has an expanded customer base of housing projects within a wider socio-economic bracket.

Goodhands Water Specialists’ vision is to be a significant market player in providing water solutions to communities nationwide, while upholding a profound respect for nature and maintaining good relationships with all those they serve.

Mission

To achieve this, our mission is to deliver clean, potable water to homes throughout the country, hand-in-hand with partner developers & LGU’s, while providing consumers with an excellent, problem-free, customer service experience.

We assist throughout the process of securing the necessary permits and ensure full compliance with water regulations.

Billing & Collection

We assist in billing and collection through our IBCS Read & Bill system, offering a wide array of payment channels for your convenience.

Customer Service

We handle customer billing, usage, and other issues that may hamper continuous water service.
